Brockwell Group has been working on the acquisition and redevelopment of this important landmark building in the City-fringe area of Southern Shoreditch.  The completed building will contain a mix of retail, offices and a premium hotel with a rooftop restaurant offering.

PROJECT STUART, CENTRAL LUTON, BEDFORDSHIRE

Brockwell Group are working, with a joint venture partner, on a site in central Luton for the construction of a new Build To Rent offering. Luton offers a 35-minute journey time to central London and is currently benefitting from a significant ongoing £1.5bn investment programme.

DOURO PLACE, BOW E3

Brockwell Group have purchased a site on the Western side of the Olympic park in Bow, East London.  The area benefits from the significant ongoing regeneration following the development of the Olympic park and has very good transport links to Canary Wharf, the City and central London. The area is popular with British buyers who have been priced out of areas such as Shoreditch and Clerkenwell and continues to offer affordable housing with good local facilities.
